While on the program the aim is to balance the combination of activity, relaxation, therapy and diet with supplements. We use a custom-formulated Ayurvedic herbal mix, plenty of teas, broths and juices, veggies and fruit where appropriate, supplements, and a mix of rejuvenating, detoxing and weight supportive therapies and practices that involve the body, breath and mind.
In order to empower you and guide this as a long-term approach we emphasize your total commitment and participation to learn and engage, at your pace naturally, so you can take these tools and transform your own life. Your initial consultation and daily guest check-in provide an opportunity to adjust your program, taking your needs, goals and preferences into account, and balancing them with our professional expertise to provide you with a supportive weight management experience. We also offer you post-program guidelines to help you transition into regular balanced eating.
